In my 41 years of experience in the industry, I have come to realize that
patience is not just a virtue but a cornerstone of effective leadership. In a
fast-paced world where results are often demanded instantly, patience can feel
like a luxury. However, it is, in fact, a necessity for leaders who aspire to
