To  make the platform an instrument for guiding youth , I shall go in steps. Let us begin with interview for a job :

- Never feel that the call letter is a confirmation letter , it is just a beginning. Normally for every seat , 5-6 candidates are shortlisted for interview. But look for positives . You are the one who has been shortlisted ,so you have won the first round. Go for the next step with this positive thought in mind. 

- Prepare your basic discipline properly because that is your main stay.

-Try to gain some knowledge about operations and performace of the company.

- Try to see your eligibility for the jobs available

- Prepare the expected questions list and write down answaers for the questions that you have listed .

-Review this list everyday , new questions will crop up , record answers 

- Prepare a list of documents that will be needed or you would like to showcase in case you get an opportunity

- Make travel plans such that you have sufficient time , donot rush for the interview

- Keep patience , listen the question and reply what is asked , donot try to hasten the process .

- Dress nicely for the interview.

- Donot try to bluff , donot claim some expertise which is not your strength 

- Donot feel disheartened , you may not know everything , nobody does.
