                                                                     Finishing the unfinished In any organization set up, there are many different agencies doing different type of activities. The joint effort of these different agencies makes the organization deliver a product or service of desired standards. But every time things are not that simple. Suddenly some unforeseen problem comes up which needs to be given utmost importance and this being a one time or once in a blue moon kind of a problem, it has to be assigned to someone as an additional responsibility. Generally, some people have the reputation of delivering in such situations and such problems fall in their lap.
